Dominican SS with low probability of providing ML value. Mature look with medium build and below average projection for age. Below average athlete. 

Switch-hitter. In BP, playable bat speed with some rhythm from LH side but very inconsistent contact quality. Pull-heavy in game, bat exits zone quickly and unable to barrel the ball for consistent quality contact. Similar bat speed from RH side but stiffer with steep path. 

Heavy feet on the infield with below average hands and actions, arm strength is fine but inconsistent arm action . Don’t see ability to play up the middle, and significant work required to make 3B work. See 1B/LF as most likely outcome. 

Body and fair traits in BP make for a follow, but would not sign at present. Combination of lack of athleticism and below average skills at plate and in the field don’t portend ability to contribute at the big league level.
