Uber-talented, young-for-class RHP with feel for 3 shapes. Athletic with twitchy movements and quality rotational explosiveness. Lean, athletic build, fairly mature for age but some remaining strength projection. Offline arm action into low 3/4 slot, solid extension down the mound.

Plus arm speed, sitting in low-mid 90s with good life and up to 97 with more to come. Real feel for CH with fade and some sink, occasionally slows arm but chance to be an above average pitch to neutralize lefty bats in future. SL is very inconsistent but at its best flashes quality sweep, look of another above average future offering. Delivery could use some cleanup with inconsistent release, tendency to become too rotational, and occasional stiffness to front side. That said, solid feel for the zone for his age, chance to develop average command. 

Extremely talented with tantalizing upside, clearly one of the top pitchers in his class. Deserving of the bonus he will get, but would hesitate to pay market price given inherent pitcher risk and premium paid for present stuff. Clear upside as ML #3 starter with high outcome variance.
