My name is Connor Pierce, and I graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2023. I spent the 2023 season as an International Scouting Analyst Fellow with the Baltimore Orioles, where I managed the implementation of the team’s international scouting platform and travelled across Latin America evaluating prospects. I also spent the summer before my senior year interning with the Texas Rangers at their complex in the Dominican Republic.

This site will serve as a platform for my work during my time outside of an MLB organization. I’m hoping to publish as many reports as possible on international prospects (in both English and Spanish), while also incorporating evaluations of domestic pro and amateur players. I will also delve into signing strategy on the domestic and international markets.
